BMS Friday School, October 20th

Good Morning Families,

This is just a reminder that we will have Friday School on October 20th, from 8:30 am-11:30 am, in the BMS Library.  You must have a signed permission form to attend.  Please make sure and arrange for transportation to and from Friday School for your student. Students are not required to stay the entire time.

The end of the quarter is Thursday, October 26th, so Friday School is a great opportunity for students to finish up some work that will impact their end of first quarter progress grade.  Teachers would like work turned in by October 24th, so that they have time for grading and to get it into the system.  Teachers tend to be loaded with grading missing work at the end of the quarter.  Students have been notified of this and have been reminded to get work turned in.

It is hard to believe that we are wrapping up the first quarter.  Conferences will be held November 2nd and 3rd.  November 2nd will be an early release day, for BMS and BHS.  More information will be coming out about conferences soon. Teachers will be reaching out next week to share sign-ups for conference schedules.
